A letter from Papa
My dearest Élise,
If you are reading this, it means you have reached an age where you can understand and judge for yourself. I want you to know the truth — my truth — about everything that happened between your mother and me, and why we were separated.
I have always loved you. From the very first moment I held you in my arms, you became my entire world. Every photo in this collection, every video, every document is proof of that love.
Your mother told you things about me that are not true. She accused me of terrible things after she lost in court. But the documents here — the court reports, the legal analysis, the chat conversations — they tell a different story. They tell the truth.
I fought for you. I fought in court and I won. But despite winning, I was kept away from you for a year. During that year, you were told lies about me. And when they asked you to choose, after a year of not seeing me, of course you said "mama." That was not a real choice — it was the result of manipulation.
